2022 Temperance League Chardonnay

Aiming for elegance and an ability to cellar there is a generosity of flavour, showing jasmine, citrus, and peach notes. This is an intense Chardonnay, the nose of dried-flower heads, herbs and a little toasted almond. A subtle trace of butter and vanilla oak overtones adds a great depth of flavour, soft and dry, with a savoury follow-through.
