Red Cap's a new blend from the barrel store, 2023 Shiraz accounts for 66%, from a beautiful vineyard just North of the township of Clare, the rest is dark broody Cabernet Sauvignon lurking in the dark recess of the barrel store. Plenty of oak gives it a great mouth-feel, structure and complexity.
